I think we can all agree that breakfast is still the most important meal of the day--that is, if we had time for it. One good thing that came out COVID19 and working from home is that we actually have time to have breakfast! This blessing in disguise has given me a chance to experiment on my sandwich toppings. My usual go-to is toast, mayo, mozzarella cheese, tomato, avocado, and a thin slice of ham sprinkled with salt and pepper.
